Reasons for Abrasion of Suspension Clamp
The abrasion of suspension clamp is mainly caused by continuous swing of body,which is affected by wind power,wind direction and topography.The wind action on the overhead line causes the unbalance of the force on both sides of the overhead line wire clamp, which causes the swing of the suspension clamp and the rotation of the suspension clamp body.In addition,wind characteristics and parameters, terrain, line direction, vertical pitch and other factors can affect the abrasion of the suspension clamp.
Measures for Abrasion of Suspension Clamp
1.From the point of view of design, it is necessary to avoid small vertical distance and large height difference when arranging the tower, that is, pay special attention to the tower in the valley and the tower with large span;
2.When a suspension point of the overhead line is supported by two clamps, the clamps will not shake back and forth and move along the line due to the uneven force at both ends, which increases the safety factor of the line;
3.Adopt wear-resistant fitting series products, these wear-resistant power fittings mainly increases the size of the rough shape to extend the service life, at the same time adopt spraying technology to improve the corrosion resistance of the power fittings.
