China Fireproof Insulated Piercing Clamp 

Descriptions:
According to EN50483 Standard.
- Strong PA66 cover with 4.5 times torque force testing without problem.

- High hardness Al alloy or Cu teeth with tin plated.

- Stable shear head force keep ± 2Nm.

- Same hardness of nut and bolt thread, prevent from thread broken.

- UV protected plastic.

- Hot dip dacromet or chroming galvanization, prevent from oxidation and corrosion.

- Some types can be used for underwater of 6KV withstand voltage and compactstructure of PVC or rubber lining with teeth and body to prevent from leakage.

Remarks
1. The conductor used for insulation piercing connector must conform with international standard.

2. The installation operator must be familiar with installation technique.

3. Please put on insulating gloves and use insulating box spanner during hot-line work.

4. The insulation piercing connector is a kind of one-time product. Please do not use it again after dismantling because of dental pattern transfiguration.

Application
a. Installing and fixing main cable in traditional way.

b. Stripping outer insulator of main cable for 0.6m  at part that need part(don,t destroy insulaton  layer for phase).

c. Choosing branch cable ( not more than 3m)  whose distance is the same as electric meter box, and strip insulator at two terminals.

d.Installing the separator vertically by turns (the sepatator distance is more than 10cm).
