Power fittings can be divided into the following types in accordance with main performance and usage:
1.Hang fitting,is also known as supporting fitting or suspension clamps,which is mainly suspended in wire insulator strings of straight line pole tower and suspend jumper connector in insulator string.
2.The anchoring fitting,is also known as tension clamp or fastened fitting,which is mainly used to fasten the terminal of wires to make it fixed in the tensile insulator string and anchor terminal of lightning wires and guy wires.The anchoring clamp bears all the tensile strength of wires and lightning wires,some of them can be used as electric conductors.
3.link fitting,is also known as wire suspended component bearing mechanical load,which is used to connect insulator into strings and connection between power fittings.
4.Splicing fitting is used for bar wires and lightning wires,which splices and bears the same electrical load with wires.Most of the splicing fittings bear all the tensile strength of wires and lightning wires.
5.Protective fitting is used to protect wires and insulators,such as corona rings for protecting insulators,counterweight to prevent insulators from pulling up and vibration damper,armor rod to prevent vibration of wires.
6.Contact fitting is used to connect rigid busbar,flexible busbar with terminal connectors of electrical device,T connection of wires and double wire connection not bearing strength.All these connecting joint are electrical contact.Therefore,the higher conductivity and contact stability must be ensured.
7.Fixing fitting,is also known as power plant fitting or heavy-current busbar fitting,which is used to fix and connect various rigid busbar or flexible with support type insulators.Most of them are not used as electric conductor,just used to fix,support and hanging.However,since these fittings are used for heavy-current ,all the component should have no hysteresis loss.
