Description:

The Bi-metal Terminal Connector is used for connection of power transmission.It is a integrated no solder structure composed of aluminium plate and copper plate set in the lower half of aluminium plate closely fuse to connect.

2.Aluminium material:L3 aluminium plate,1070 aluminium plate,1060 aluminium plate

Technology requirements:

The surface of bi-metal terminal connector should be smooth and clean, horizontal dislocation shall not exceed 2.0mm and the thickness dislocation shall not exceed 2.0mm.The weld line is complete without pores and cracks and the depth of local scratches should not be greater than 0.5mm. When the copper and aluminum transition point is bent 180°, the welding seam should not break.
